Warranty: office equipment and productivity equipment
For mid- to high-performance equipment and large format production printing systems and devices, the manufacturer's warranty is subject to commissioning by an authorized Xerox Service Partner. Junior models from this segment of the Xerox product line can be installed by the customer independently, in accordance with the instructions supplied with the equipment, without losing the company warranty. However, for your convenience, in this case too, we recommend that you contact authorized Service Partners for installation of equipment. Moreover, they perform the installation work free of charge. The warranty covers parts and materials needed to restore the equipment to working order, as well as labor costs for repairs in the event of a manufacturing defect.
